Recipes at km0 !!!

Last week Gloria, a friend of mine, wrote an article  Dinner at km0, talking about food prepared from locally produced ingredients  !!! This was such a “lightening” idea for me. I think it’s really important to use and to learn  to use locally produced ingredients in our everyday life . So now i’m organizing a Recipes Km0 cooking class !!! Soon the course will be ready and full of original tuscan recepies … at km0 !!!
