PROFUMOdiVINO is dedicated to those who want to take a first look into the world of wine, but also want to taste and experience lesser-known but really surprising wines!!!
PROFUMOdiVINO is a course that gives basic information on how to approach the world of wine, along with samples to understand it. Sampled wines are: Montecucco, Monteregio di Massa Marittima and Morellino di Scansano.
The program is divided into 2 moments:
Gusto to learn how to taste a wine
Degusto to taste wines and experience an array of food/wine combinations
An enologist will accompany you through this little journey, ready to explain, answer and give some curiosity about wine and its world. During Degusto we will serve typical Tuscan products from local farms and based on regional recipes. Wine is rarely consumed alone and what specific food you eat with a particular wine greatly impacts the tastiness of each. So this is a chance to sample a variety of food and wine combinations.
The course is organized at Podere Vignali, an ancient farmhouse on the Maremma hills, surrounded by woods and overlooked by the medieval village of Pari, the ideal place for a relaxing afternoon spent in a warm and friendly atmosphere
